Singapore Service Advisory

Thank you for your interest in shipping from Singapore to the Philippines!

Here are a few guidelines on how to ship:

  1. First, please send an email to hello@easybox.ph the following details to double check if we can ship your item:
    1. Item description
    2. Quantity
    3. Value (should be equivalent to Php 10,000.00 or less)
  2. Please note we can only ship personal shipments that values Php 10,000.00 or less.
  3. For commercial shipments, please send an email to hello@easybox.ph first to check if we can ship your items.
  4. Electronics like cellphones, laptops, and other battery-operated items are not allowed at the moment. You may choose to ship via US to PH instead.
  5. If your order is already shipped, please email hello@easybox.ph a copy of your invoice, proof of payment, and packing list (if available) for us to provide the documents to Customs.

Important reminder:

Please inform your seller that our Singapore Warehouse is located in a Free Trade Zone area. Only some couriers have access such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Singapore Post, EMS, etc. E-commerce online sites like Shopee SG & Lazada SG might not be able to ship to our warehouse. Please double check with your seller first before sending your shipment/s to our Singapore Warehouse to avoid any problems.

Lastly, please don't forget to register your expecting package to your account (after checkout or before it arrives to our SG warehouse) for us to inform our SG Team about your incoming package.
