Login to your EasyBox account to get your new Singapore warehouse address and update your shopping accounts!
All parcels that are still at our previous warehouse in No 70, Alps Avenue #01-02, c/o LF EASYBOX Singapore 498801 will be automatically transferred to our new warehouse until November 12, 2021 only.
If you have an incoming shipment to our previous warehouse, please contact your seller to change the shipping address to our new warehouse address to avoid any problems or delays.
Our previous warehouse will be closed on November 12, 2021. All parcels addressed to our previous location will then be regarded as abandoned parcels without any further notice.
Note: Please read our "Singapore Shipping Advisory" for more guidelines on how to ship. Please be reminded to always register your expecting shipments to your EasyBox account after checkout or before it arrives at our warehouse to avoid delays. Login to your EasyBox account, click “Add Shipment”, and fill up the required details.
